I . USEM
NT-1 type fuel injector tester is a special instrument for the performance test of the fuel injector assembly and the fuel injector nozzles. It is suitable for the following performance tests:
Initiative injecting press of injector
Sealing function of the fuel injector assembly
Fuel spray characteristics
The sealing function with the conical surface of the injector nozzles
Sliding motion of the needle valve in the valve body

III. OPERATION
Preparation
Fix the fuel injector tester with bolts on the work stand, install the hand whee
(8), clean the fuel box (5) and then pour fuel in it. Choose suitable high press oil pipe and connect the injector to be tested and the tester with it. Tighten the hand wheel (8) on the press gauge valve (7), loose the exhausting bolt (3) put the driving bar (1) into the tube-shaped lever, then push it down fast for many times to wash the fuel injector and discharge air and then tighten it again. At last loose the hand wheel (8).
2. Test for the performance of the fuel injector assembly and the fuel injector nozzle mating pair.
Test should be done according to the related technical specifications.

V. NOTICE
During the test if the fuel can not come out, please loose the exhausting bolt (3) and discharge air
If found the press gauge controller leaking oil in the operation, please tighten the blocking nut (9) in proper on the press gauge valve (7) until no oil leakage.
